Financing Options

Our primary mission is to deliver the best and most comprehensive dental care available. An important part of the mission is making the cost of optimal care easy and manageable by offering several payment options.  We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Payment Options:

For your convenience we accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

We offer a 5% courtesy accounting adjustment to patients who pay for their treatment with cash or check prior to completion of care for treatment plans of $1000 or more. This applies to patients without insurance only.

Payment in installments based on the number of appointments required to complete your treatment.

Patients with Dental Insurance:

We have no direct relationship with any insurance company.  That relationship rests between you and your employer.  We will assist you with your insurance to the best of our ability and request assignment of benefits.

Estimated co-payments are required at the time of service.

We are happy to work with your carrier to maximize your benefits and as a courtesy, we will directly bill them for reimbursement for your treatment.

Care Credit- No Interest Payment Plans:

  • This allows you to pay over time with no interest
  • Care Credit also offers convenient, low monthly payment plans
  • Contact our office for the specifics regarding Care Credit

Other Information:

Final payments are required prior to the completion of your treatment. If you choose to discontinue care before treatment is complete, you will receive a refund less the cost of care received.

More specific information regarding our financial policy will be provided at your first visit.

If you would like more information regarding our financial policy, please call us at 603-569-1140.

Precision Dentistry

Dr. Maguire uses high powered loupes (glasses) to enhance the precision of patient care.

Dentistry is micro-surgery. Using dental loupes enables Dr. Maguire to create dental restorations with precise fit and finish. You just can't fulfill that level of care with the naked eye.

Digital X-Rays (Radiographs)

Robert M. Maguire, DDS carefully chooses when radiographs are taken. Radiographs allow us to see everything we cannot see with our own eyes. Radiographs enable us to detect infection, cavities in between your teeth, and analyze the health of the bone in your jaw. We also examine the roots and nerves of teeth, diagnose lesions such as cysts or tumors, as well as assess damage when trauma occurs.

Digital radiographs are a necessary aid in diagnosing, treating, and maintaining dental health. Exposure time for digital dental radiographs is extremely minimal. With digital imaging, exposure time is about 50 percent less exposure when compared to traditional radiographs.

Digital imaging allows us to store patient images, and enables us to quickly and easily transfer them to specialists or insurance companies, increasing the success of obtaining insurance coverage for specific dental procedures.

Intraoral Camera

Robert M. Maguire, DDS utilizes intraoral camera technology that helps us view clear, precise images of your mouth, teeth and gums, in order for us to accurately make a diagnosis. An intraoral camera is a very small wand with a light. With clear, defined, enlarged images, we see details that may be missed by standard mirror examinations.

The photos of your teeth are stored in our computer and become a permanent part of your dental record.  We are able to e-mail these photos with insurance claims to help expedite coverage.  In addition, these photos are also used when communicating with other specialists or dental laboratories.
